Alan opened Chemical Corporation in 1983 as primarily a chemical supply company that offered customers a large range of industrial type cleaning and production chemicals.

Today Chemical Corporations main business focus is now to supply customers with the very latest in lubrication technology and support services that enables us to offer customers improved productivity solutions, less unscheduled down time and better profitability.

Since these early days the company has now grown into a leading lubricant supplier of Mobil Lubricants and greases and currently employs over 35 staff members at it’s South Wales based depot.

Steve is employed as Chemical Corporation’s Operations Director and has worked within the lubricants industry for over 36 years. During this time Steve has been involved with many different aspects of the industry including roles as a Product Blending Manager, Base Oil Procurement Manager, and an area Sales Manager.

Steve joined Chemical Corporation 12 years ago as Lubricant Sales Manager, 5 years later Steve was promoted to the position of Operations Director, his main duties today are to oversee the growth and development of Chemical Corporation’s specialist Wind Turbine service division as well as overseeing the everyday running of the warehouse, transport and quality control systems.

Andrew joined the business back in 2004 as Sales Director and now looks after a team of 5 Area Sales Managers.

Since Andrew joined the business he has focused his attention on developing the sales team into becoming a highly successful and self motivated team of professionals that are able to offer customers added value through their experience and better product knowledge.

This success has been evident over the past 2 years as Chemical Corporation have won the coveted Exxon Mobil “Elite Club” gold and silver award for being the best European distributor

Liz was appointed as Company Secretary in 2001. Having joined the company in 1990 Liz has the responsibility for the day to day administration of Chemical Corporation.

She has over 30 years experience in administration and finance and has witnessed the company’s development into the lubricant and Wind Turbine service market.

Jeremy was a founder member of Chemical Corporation with Alan Barham in 1983 and whilst retaining most of his customers from the chemical supply days, he has expanded into the lubrication business of the company accounting now for the larger part of his business.

Jeremy covers the whole of the U.K. specialising in working with the Company's National Accounts, particularly in the Fork Truck, Food, Textile and Service Industries.
